Standard operating hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm , most productions book 8h or 10h studio hire.

Bookings include the agreed hire hours only. Extensions must be arranged in advance and are charged as overtime.

Bookings finishing after 10:00pm may incur a late reset fee if the studio is required the following morning.

Editorial rates apply only to qualifying commissioned editorial productions and are subject to approval by The Heath². Branded, sponsored, advertorial, e-commerce and promotional productions are charged at the applicable commercial rate.

Workshops, events, exhibitions, castings, fittings, prep days and extended hires are quoted separately according to access, attendance and operational requirements.

OVERTIME & EARLY ACCESS

Pre-booked extension, 6:00pm–11:00pm — £100 per hour

Unplanned or same-day overtime — £150 per hour

After midnight — £200 per hour

Early access before 8:00am — £120 per hour

Overtime is subject to availability and charged in minimum increments of one hour.

Extensions should be requested in advance. Unplanned overruns are charged automatically at the applicable same-day overtime rate and remain subject to availability.

MODEL TESTING / SHORT BOOKINGS

Ideal for model tests, social content, and compact creative teams.

Available at The Heath²’s discretion for genuine model tests, portfolio development and small self-funded creative productions. This rate does not apply to campaigns, brands, e-commerce, paid social content, client-attended productions or other commercial work.

BASE / FITTING / PREP

Any photography or filming will result in the applicable shoot rate being charged.

Discounted hire for wardrobe prep, castings, fittings and technical base.

HOSPITALITY

Drinks Station — £140 per day

(up to 15 people)

Additional guests — £10 per person

Self-serve coffee, filter coffee, a selection of teas, milk options, still & sparkling water and soft drinks available throughout the booking.

Setup includes:

• selection of milk options (regular, oat and almond)

• reusable water carafes

• ceramic mugs and disposable cups

• paper towels and cleaning wipes for crew

Optional snack tray — from £25

Available when arranged in advance.

STAFFING & CAPACITY

Studio day rates include full use of the Studio across all levels, natural daylight conditions and standard on-site Studio management. Dedicated Studio, production or location assistance is charged separately.

Location / Studio Assistant — from £200 / day

Required for bookings with over 25+ guests for operational and safety management.

Maximum capacity — 80 people

Subject to the approved use, layout and event plan. Additional staffing, security and cleaning charges may apply to higher-attendance productions.

EQUIPMENT & LIGHTING

In-house equipment available.

Additional lighting and grip can be supplied through rental partners.

BOOKING TERMS

All rates are exclusive of VAT.

Submitting the Studio Booking Form records the booking details and acceptance of The Heath² Terms & Conditions, but does not secure or confirm the Studio.

After reviewing the submitted information, The Heath² will issue the relevant invoice.

A Booking is confirmed only after it has been accepted in writing by The Heath² and full payment has been received in cleared funds.

All Studio hire Charges must be paid in full in advance. No access to the Studio will be permitted while any required advance payment remains outstanding.
