STUDIO HIRE RATES

The Heath² is a 3,000 sq ft daylight photography and production studio in East London, arranged across the Ground Floor, Mezzanine and First Floor, with a infinity cove on the Ground Floor.

Studio hire includes full use of all three levels unless otherwise agreed.

Rates effective from 1 September 2026.

Commercial

8 hours — £950

10 hours — £1,050

12 hours — £1,250

Commercial rates apply to advertising, campaigns, branded content, e-commerce, lookbooks, corporate productions, commercial film and video, and other commissioned work produced for a brand or commercial client.

Editorial

8 hours — £700

10 hours — £800

12 hours — £900

Editorial rates are reserved for qualifying commissioned editorial productions and are subject to approval by The Heath² Studio.

Branded, sponsored, advertorial, e-commerce and promotional productions are charged at the applicable Commercial rate.

Studio Hours

Our standard 10-hour studio day is 8:00am–6:00pm.

8-hour and 12-hour bookings are scheduled within an agreed access window.

Access outside the confirmed booking hours must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

Equipment & Production

For most commercial productions, lighting, grip and production equipment is supplied through The Heath² Studio or our approved equipment partners.

Send us your kit list when enquiring, and we can provide an equipment quotation alongside your studio hire.

Client-owned or specialist equipment may be brought by prior agreement.

Equipment supplied by external rental houses must be approved in advance.

Selected returning clients, photographers, agencies and production partners may be eligible for preferred studio hire and equipment terms.

Overtime & Early Access

Pre-booked extension — £120 per hour

Same-day overtime — £175 per hour

After midnight — £250 per hour

Early access before 8:00am — £150 per hour

Overtime is subject to availability and charged in minimum increments of one hour.

Extensions should be requested in advance. Unplanned overruns are automatically charged at the applicable same-day overtime rate.

Additional parking is available by prior arrangement.

- Camera and specialist production equipment

- Studio and lighting assistants

- Production support

- Catering and hospitality

- Equipment deliveries and collections

- Cove repainting or restoration

- Additional cleaning

- Security and additional staffing where required

Prep Days, Castings & Specialist Use

Prep days, fittings, castings, rehearsals, short hires, events, workshops and other specialist uses are quoted separately according to access requirements, attendance and use of the space.

Multi-day productions may be quoted on a project basis.

Maximum Capacity

Maximum capacity is 80 people, subject to the approved use, layout and event plan.

Additional staffing, security, cleaning or production requirements may apply to larger crews and higher-attendance bookings.

Booking & Payment

Submitting an enquiry or booking form does not secure the Studio.

A booking is confirmed only once it has been accepted by The Heath² Studio and full payment has been received in cleared funds.

Studio hire fees are payable in full before the booking date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to the Studio is subject to cleared funds having been received in advance.

Unpaid bookings may be released without notice.

VAT

All rates are exclusive of VAT.
