STAFFING & CAPACITY

Location Assistant — from £200 / day

Mandatory for operational, safety and capacity management.

The Location / Studio Assistant acts as the on-site point of contact and ensures the studio runs smoothly throughout the booking. Their role includes:

• Opening and closing the studio

• Managing access, arrivals and departures

• Coordinating deliveries, collections and couriers

• Assisting with set-ups, resets and space flow

• Acting as liaison between production, crew and the studio

• Troubleshooting practical issues on the day

This role helps productions run efficiently and prevents delays, miscommunication, or disruption during the project.

The Location / Studio Assistant is not a runner or production assistant, but provides essential site management and operational support for the duration of the booking.

Maximum capacity — 80 people

A surcharge may apply above 30 guests.

EXTRAS & HOSPITALITY
