Standard operating hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm , most productions book 8h or 10h studio hire.

Bookings include the agreed hire hours only. Extensions must be arranged in advance and are charged as overtime.

Bookings finishing after 10:00pm may incur a late reset fee if the studio is required the following morning.

OVERTIME & EARLY STARTS

Same-day extensions are billed automatically according to the overtime rates below.

Pre-booked extension (6–11pm) — £90 / h

Unplanned / same-day overtime — £100 / h (automatically applied)

After midnight — £200 / h

Early start before 8:00am — £100 / h

MODEL TESTING / SHORT BOOKINGS

Ideal for model tests, social content, and compact creative teams.

6h — £600

Not suitable for large commercial productions. Extended setups or larger crews may require standard day hire.

Consumables and hospitality are not included unless arranged in advance.

HOSPITALITY

Drinks Station — £120 per day

Self-serve coffee, filter coffee, a selection of teas, milk options, still & sparkling water and soft drinks available throughout the booking.

Setup includes:

• selection of milk options (regular, oat and almond)

• reusable water carafes

• ceramic mugs and disposable cups

• paper towels and cleaning wipes for crew

STAFFING & CAPACITY

Location / Studio Assistant — from £200 / day

Required for bookings with over 25+ guests for operational and safety management.

Maximum capacity — 80 people

A surcharge may apply for larger productions.

EQUIPMENT & LIGHTING

In-house equipment available.

Additional lighting and grip can be supplied through rental partners.

BOOKING TERMS

20% VAT applies.

Bookings are confirmed once the studio confirmation form has been completed and accepted.

Invoices are issued following confirmation and must be paid in advance of the booking date.
