08:00 am - 06:00 pm (Standard Hours)

Commercial Rate

- 8h hire - £785 + VAT

- 10h hire - £975 + VAT

- Hourly rate (weekdays) - £100 + VAT

- Hourly rate (weekends & bank holidays) - £120 + VAT

Editorial Rate

- 8h editorial hire - £600 + VAT

- 10h editorial hire - £700 + VAT

Overtime & Early Starts

- 6-7am / 6 -11pm - £120 + VAT per hour

- 11pm-2am - £180 + VAT per hour

- Pre-booked 6-9pm slot - £110 + VAT per hour (discounted, non-refundable)

- Early starts (5-8am) - £120 + VAT per hour

Set Building / Base Unit (Non-shooting Use)

Need the space for fittings, castings, crew prep or backstage?

We offer discounted rates when no shooting is taking place.

Whole Studio ground floor, 1st floor and mezzanine:

• 8h Base Use – £620

• 10h Base Use – £750

• 12h Base Use – £875

Ground floor only:

• 8h Base Use – £440

• 10h Base Use – £540

• 12h Base Use – £640

Wardrobe Fitting & Casting

Incl. 3 x rails, 75 x hangers, 1 x steamer, 1x Iron and ironing board, 1x trestle table, 2x long tables.• 10 x Chairs, 2x High makeup chairs, 6x Stools ,1x Changing room, 1x Changing room divider

Location Assistant

- £185 + VAT per day

(Mandatory if your crew is 20+ people)

Guest Capacity

- Max capacity: 90 guests

- Surcharge applies for groups exceeding 30 people

Equipment & Lighting

- In-house kit available

- Partner rental support

- Lighting discount: £100 off if booked via The Heath

- Continuous lighting surcharge: £55 + VAT per day (film / HMI use)

- Available for bookings with 15+ people

- Tailored snack menus and lunch options

Bar Option (All-day drinks station)

- £11 per person + VAT
