STUDIO HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and use of The Heath² Studio.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 The Heath²

“The Heath²”, “Studio”, “we”, “us” or “Company” means Camera Work London Limited, company number 09533343, trading as The Heath², including its directors, employees, contractors and authorised representatives.

1.2 Customer

“Customer”, “Client”, “Hirer” or “you” means the person, company, agency or organisation named in the Studio Booking Form, quotation, Booking Confirmation or invoice.

The person submitting the Studio Booking Form confirms that they have authority to make the Booking and bind the Customer.

Where an agency, production company or other intermediary books on behalf of a third party, the intermediary remains responsible for all Charges unless The Heath² expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

1.3 Booking

“Booking” means a reservation accepted by The Heath² for specified Studio space, dates, times and Services, for which all required booking information and full payment in cleared funds have been received.

1.4 Hire Period

“Hire Period” means the access period specified in the Booking Confirmation, quotation or invoice. It includes all deliveries, setup, pre-light, production, breaks, dismantling, packing, cleaning and departure.

1.5 Equipment

“Equipment” means any fixtures, furniture, props, lighting, grip, production equipment or other materials supplied or arranged by The Heath².

1.6 Charges

“Charges” means all Studio hire fees and any additional amounts arising from the Booking, including Equipment, staff, overtime, cleaning, repainting, repairs, parking, storage, deliveries and third-party services.

1.7 Working Day

“Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.

2. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

These Terms apply to all Studio enquiries, options, quotations and Bookings unless a variation is expressly agreed in writing by The Heath².

The contract consists of:

  1. the Booking Confirmation or accepted quotation;

  2. these Terms & Conditions;

  3. the invoice; and

  4. any applicable Rate Card.

A Booking Confirmation or accepted quotation will prevail only where it expressly varies these Terms for that particular Booking.

These Terms are primarily intended for professional, commercial and business use of the Studio.

A person booking wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession must notify The Heath² before proceeding. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. OPTIONS AND PROVISIONAL HOLDS

First Options, Second Options, pencils and soft holds are provisional only.

An option:

  • does not constitute a confirmed Booking;

  • does not guarantee availability;

  • is held only until the deadline communicated by The Heath²;

  • may be challenged by another Customer wishing to confirm; and

  • may be released if the Customer does not respond or pay by the deadline given.

Where a Second Option wishes to confirm, The Heath² may give the First Option holder a reasonable deadline to complete the booking process and make full payment.

If the deadline is not met, the date may be released without further notice or liability.

The Heath² accepts no responsibility for loss arising from the expiry or release of an unconfirmed option.

4. STUDIO BOOKING FORM

To proceed with a proposed hire, the Customer must:

  • complete the Studio Booking Form;

  • provide all requested production and billing information;

  • confirm that the information supplied is complete and accurate; and

  • accept these Terms & Conditions.

Submitting the Studio Booking Form does not by itself secure the Studio, guarantee availability or create a confirmed Booking.

The information supplied by the Customer forms the basis of the quotation, risk assessment, staffing requirements and permission to use the Studio.

The Customer must immediately notify The Heath² of any material change to:

  • the nature or purpose of the production;

  • the number of attendees;

  • the booked hours;

  • the areas required;

  • Equipment or power requirements;

  • set construction;

  • deliveries or collections;

  • smoke, haze, liquids, animals or vehicles;

  • hazardous or specialist activities; or

  • any other information relevant to safety or Studio operation.

The Heath² may revise the Charges, require additional insurance, staffing or deposits, or refuse a material change that cannot safely or reasonably be accommodated.

5. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND ADVANCE PAYMENT

A Booking is confirmed only when:

  • The Heath² has accepted the proposed Booking in writing;

  • the Studio Booking Form has been completed;

  • the Customer has accepted these Terms; and

  • full payment has been received by The Heath² in cleared funds.

Receiving a quotation, invoice or provisional hold does not by itself secure or confirm the Booking.

5.1 Full advance payment

All Studio hire Charges must be paid in full in advance.

Payment must be received in cleared funds by the deadline stated on the invoice or otherwise communicated by The Heath².

Any exception to advance payment must be expressly agreed in writing by The Heath². An exception granted for one Customer or Booking does not create a precedent for any other Booking.

5.2 Failure to pay

Until full payment has been received:

  • the Booking is not secured;

  • the Customer has no right of access to the Studio;

  • The Heath² is not required to provide Equipment, staff, preparation or other Services; and

  • the date may be released once the payment or option deadline has expired.

If payment is not received by the required deadline, The Heath² may withdraw the invoice, release the date or cancel the proposed Booking without liability or further notice.

5.3 Access

Access to the Studio is strictly conditional upon all amounts required in advance having been received in cleared funds.

The Heath² may refuse access where payment remains outstanding. Any resulting delay will not extend the Hire Period or entitle the Customer to a refund, discount or compensation.

6. CHARGES, VAT AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

All Charges are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

The quoted rate is based on the information supplied by the Customer, including:

  • production type and intended use;

  • length of hire;

  • number of attendees;

  • areas of the Studio required;

  • access times;

  • Equipment and staffing;

  • power consumption;

  • set construction; and

  • operational or safety requirements.

Material changes may result in additional Charges.

Studio hire does not include Equipment, assistants, security, catering, parking, cleaning, repainting, storage or other services unless expressly included in writing.

The Customer is responsible for all additional Charges incurred by the Customer or by its employees, crew, contractors, models, performers, suppliers, visitors and guests.

Additional Charges arising during or after the Booking are payable immediately upon invoice.

Payments must be made without deduction, counterclaim, set-off or withholding, except where required by law.

For business-to-business Bookings, The Heath² may claim statutory interest, fixed compensation and reasonable debt recovery costs on overdue amounts under applicable late-payment legislation.

7. SECURITY AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS

The Heath² may require a refundable security or damage deposit where reasonably appropriate, including for:

  • large or high-risk productions;

  • set construction;

  • events;

  • extended hires;

  • specialist Equipment;

  • vehicles;

  • animals; or

  • customers without sufficient insurance or booking history.

A deposit is security only and does not limit the Customer’s liability.

The Heath² may retain all or part of the deposit until:

  • the Studio and Equipment have been inspected;

  • overtime and additional Charges have been calculated;

  • repair or replacement costs have been established; and

  • all outstanding invoices have been paid.

Where there is no damage or outstanding amount, the balance will normally be returned within five Working Days following inspection.

Where damage or loss requires further investigation or external quotations, the deposit may be retained until the final cost has been established.

VAT will be applied to any taxable Charges deducted from the deposit where applicable.

8. CANCELLATIONS

A confirmed Booking reserves the Studio and may require The Heath² to decline other work, allocate staff, arrange Equipment or incur third-party costs.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

For Business Customers, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • More than 10 Working Days before the Hire Period: 50% of the total Charges.

  • Between 6 and 10 Working Days before the Hire Period: 75% of the total Charges.

  • Five Working Days or fewer before the Hire Period: 100% of the total Charges.

  • Cancellation after the Hire Period has begun or failure to attend: 100% of the total Charges.

Where payment has already been made, The Heath² will return any balance remaining after deduction of the applicable cancellation charge and all other amounts due.

The Customer must also pay in full any non-refundable or unrecoverable costs committed on its behalf, including Equipment, staff, materials, transport, catering and specialist services.

Where a Booking is confirmed within a cancellation period, the corresponding cancellation charge applies immediately.

If The Heath² subsequently secures a replacement Booking for substantially the same date, hours and commercial value, it may, at its discretion, provide an additional refund or credit after deducting administration, price differences and unrecoverable costs. The Customer has no automatic right to such refund or credit.

Where mandatory consumer law applies, cancellation charges will not exceed the loss and costs which The Heath² is legally entitled to recover.

9. RESCHEDULING

A request to change the date or Hire Period is treated as a cancellation unless The Heath² agrees otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling is:

  • at the discretion of The Heath²;

  • subject to Studio availability;

  • subject to payment of any rate difference, third-party cost or rescheduling fee;

  • normally limited to one date transfer;

  • not available after the Hire Period has started; and

  • not confirmed until all additional Charges have been received in cleared funds.

Unless otherwise agreed, a rescheduled Booking must take place within three months of the original date.

Any amount transferred to a new date becomes non-refundable.

Discounted, promotional, last-minute or previously rescheduled Bookings may be non-transferable where stated in the quotation or Booking Confirmation.

10. HIRE PERIOD, ACCESS AND OVERTIME

Standard Studio operating hours are 8am to 6pm unless otherwise agreed.

The Hire Period includes:

  • access and unloading;

  • deliveries;

  • setup and pre-light;

  • hair, makeup and styling;

  • photography, filming or event activity;

  • breaks;

  • dismantling and packing;

  • cleaning and restoration; and

  • the departure of all people and removal of all property.

The Customer must not enter before the booked start time or remain after the booked end time without permission.

Any use beyond the Hire Period is charged as overtime at the rate stated in the Booking Confirmation, quotation or current Rate Card.

Overtime:

  • begins immediately after the booked end time;

  • is charged in minimum increments of one hour;

  • includes time required to clean, restore or clear the Studio;

  • remains payable where the delay is caused by a Customer supplier or attendee; and

  • is subject to Studio and staff availability.

Payment of overtime does not create a right to remain in the Studio where The Heath² requires the Customer to leave.

Early access, late working or overnight use is permitted only where agreed in writing and may incur additional Charges.

11. PERMITTED USE AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer may use only the areas, Equipment and facilities specified in the Booking.

The Booking grants a temporary, personal and revocable licence to use the agreed areas during the Hire Period. It does not create a lease, tenancy, exclusive possession or any right of occupation outside the Booking.

The Booking may not be transferred, assigned, shared, sublet or resold without prior written consent.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • the conduct and safety of everyone attending under the Booking;

  • ensuring that all attendees comply with these Terms;

  • supervising its crew, models, performers, suppliers and guests;

  • obtaining all necessary permits, licences, releases and permissions;

  • ensuring that its production and content are lawful;

  • compliance with health and safety, employment and safeguarding obligations;

  • the security of its property; and

  • all Charges and damage caused by anyone attending under the Booking.

The Customer must nominate a responsible representative who is present during the Booking and authorised to make operational decisions and approve additional Charges.

The Heath² and its authorised representatives may enter any part of the Studio where reasonably required for safety, security, inspection, maintenance or operation.

12. CAPACITY, SAFETY AND CONDUCT

The Customer must disclose the total number of people expected onsite.

The Heath² may require, at the Customer’s cost:

  • a Studio or Location Assistant;

  • additional security;

  • a qualified technician;

  • additional cleaning staff;

  • a fire marshal; or

  • specialist supervision,

  • A Location or Studio Assistant is mandatory for Bookings with more than 25 attendees. The Heath² may require additional staffing or security where reasonably necessary because of the nature, scale, timing or risk of the Booking.

where reasonably required by the size, nature, timing or risk of the Booking.

The Heath² may request:

  • public liability insurance;

  • risk assessments;

  • method statements;

  • Equipment schedules;

  • electrical testing records; or

  • evidence of relevant competence.

Studio staff may stop any activity considered unsafe, unlawful, disruptive or likely to cause damage. Time lost as a result remains part of the Hire Period.

The following are prohibited:

  • smoking or vaping inside the Studio;

  • illegal drugs or unlawful activity;

  • abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour;

  • blocking fire exits or access routes;

  • tampering with CCTV, alarms or safety equipment; and

  • ignoring reasonable instructions from Studio staff.

The Heath² may require any individual or production to leave immediately where safety, property, staff or other occupants are at risk.

13. RESTRICTED AND SPECIALIST ACTIVITIES

The following require prior written approval:

  • smoke or haze machines;

  • naked flames, candles or pyrotechnics;

  • liquids, water or rain effects;

  • cooking;

  • body paint, pigments, powders, sand, soil, confetti or glitter;

  • animals;

  • vehicles inside the Studio;

  • weapons or realistic imitation weapons;

  • stunts or physical performance;

  • working at height;

  • rigging or suspended loads;

  • drilling or fixing into Studio surfaces;

  • set construction;

  • hazardous, flammable or toxic substances;

  • high-power continuous lighting or HMI Equipment; and

  • any activity producing unusual noise, heat, fumes, dust or vibration.

Approval may be subject to additional Charges, insurance, supervision, surface protection, ventilation, cleaning or restoration.

Approval for one activity or Booking does not constitute approval for any future Booking.

14. NOISE AND SOUND RECORDING

The Studio is not soundproof.

The Heath² does not guarantee freedom from:

  • aircraft;

  • traffic;

  • deliveries;

  • neighbouring occupiers;

  • building activity;

  • mechanical systems;

  • weather; or

  • other external noise.

Where sound recording is important, the Customer is responsible for assessing suitability before the Booking, including arranging a recce or sound test where appropriate.

External or building noise does not entitle the Customer to a refund, discount, extension or reshoot.

Noise created by the production must be kept at a reasonable level and reduced immediately if requested.

15. STUDIO CONDITION, FURNITURE AND SURFACES

The Customer accepts the Studio in its condition at the beginning of the Hire Period.

Any existing damage or concern must be reported to Studio staff before production begins.

The Customer must:

  • protect floors, walls, furniture, Equipment and the infinity cove;

  • keep the Studio reasonably clean and safe;

  • return furniture and Equipment to their original positions;

  • remove all tape, fixings, products, materials and waste; and

  • leave the Studio substantially in the condition in which it was supplied.

No drilling, painting, decorating, fixing, construction or other alteration is permitted without written approval.

Studio furniture, appliances and fridges must not be moved without permission.

Adhesive tape must not be placed on floors, walls, furniture, painted surfaces or the infinity cove unless specifically approved.

The Customer is responsible for the cost of repairing damage caused by unauthorised movement, tape, fixings or alterations.

16. INFINITY COVE, PAINTING AND RESTORATION

Unless a fresh repaint has been expressly included, the infinity cove is supplied in its existing clean and usable condition and is not guaranteed to be completely mark-free.

A fresh white repaint, colour change or specialist finish must be requested in advance and is charged separately.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • excessive marks or footprints;

  • scratches, chips or punctures;

  • staining;

  • structural damage;

  • unauthorised painting;

  • damage caused by Equipment, products or set materials; and

  • any cleaning, repair or repainting required because of the Booking.

Restoration and repainting may be charged after the Booking once the work required has been assessed.

An estimate provided before the Booking does not prevent additional Charges being raised where further damage or work is identified afterwards.

17. CLEANING, WASTE AND SET MATERIALS

The Customer must remove all products, packaging, set materials, props and production waste by the end of the Hire Period.

Standard Studio cleaning does not include:

  • set dismantling;

  • excessive rubbish;

  • paint, oils, liquids or food waste;

  • glitter, confetti, sand, soil or powders;

  • specialist stain removal;

  • hazardous waste;

  • removal of large products or materials; or

  • restoration of damaged surfaces.

Additional cleaning, waste removal, redecorating and restoration will be charged at the applicable rate, together with any external contractor costs.

The Customer is also responsible for overtime required to clean, dismantle or clear the Studio.

Materials or waste left behind may be moved, stored or disposed of at the Customer’s risk and cost, subject to applicable law.

18. EQUIPMENT HIRE

Equipment is supplied subject to availability and is reserved only when confirmed in writing.

Equipment requirements must be provided by the deadline stated by The Heath². Late requests may be unavailable or subject to additional delivery and staffing Charges.

The Customer must:

  • inspect Equipment before use;

  • report any defect immediately;

  • use Equipment only for its intended purpose;

  • ensure that it is operated by competent personnel;

  • follow all instructions;

  • keep it secure; and

  • return it in the same condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

Equipment must not be altered, dismantled, removed from the premises, lent or transferred without written consent.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • loss or theft;

  • accidental damage;

  • misuse;

  • missing parts or accessories;

  • repair or replacement at full commercial cost;

  • delivery and collection costs; and

  • reasonable loss-of-hire Charges while Equipment is unavailable.

Third-party rental companies may deliver or supply Equipment only with prior written approval.

The Heath² may require evidence of hired-in equipment insurance or payment of an equipment damage waiver.

Any damage waiver is not insurance and applies only within the scope and exclusions confirmed in writing. It does not cover theft, loss, negligence, misuse, unattended Equipment or deliberate damage unless expressly stated otherwise.

19. DELIVERIES, COLLECTIONS AND CUSTOMER PROPERTY

All deliveries and collections must be agreed in advance.

Unless otherwise confirmed, they must take place during the Hire Period.

Items must be:

  • clearly labelled;

  • accompanied by accurate contact and booking information;

  • suitable for safe handling; and

  • collected by the agreed deadline.

The Heath² may refuse unexpected, oversized, hazardous, unidentified or unsafe deliveries.

Acceptance of a delivery does not make The Heath² responsible for its contents, condition or security.

All products, Equipment, sets, vehicles and personal property brought into or left at the Studio remain at the Customer’s risk.

The Customer should not leave valuable property unattended.

The Heath² is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to Customer property except to the extent directly caused by negligence for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. STORAGE AND UNCOLLECTED PROPERTY

Storage is available only by prior agreement and may incur attendance, concierge, handling and storage Charges.

Property remaining after the agreed collection time may be moved or stored at the Customer’s risk and cost.

The Customer remains responsible for all collection, transport, storage and disposal costs.

Where property is not collected, The Heath² may give written notice requiring collection by a reasonable deadline.

If the property remains uncollected after that deadline, The Heath² may sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with it as permitted by applicable law and may deduct amounts owed and reasonable costs from any proceeds.

21. PARKING

Parking is available only as confirmed for the Booking and remains subject to availability and building regulations.

Unless otherwise agreed, one vehicle may use the allocated Studio parking bay during the Hire Period.

Additional vehicles require prior approval and may incur Charges.

Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

The Heath² is not responsible for loss, damage, penalties, access restrictions or removal of unauthorised vehicles.

Vehicles must not obstruct residents, neighbouring occupiers, access routes, loading areas or emergency services.

22. INSURANCE

The Customer must maintain insurance appropriate to the nature and scale of the Booking, including where relevant:

  • public liability insurance;

  • employers’ liability insurance where legally required;

  • hired-in equipment insurance;

  • production insurance;

  • cover for Customer property, products and sets; and

  • cover for damage to the Studio.

The Heath² may specify a minimum level of cover and request insurance certificates before allowing access.

Commercial, large-scale, extended or higher-risk productions may be required to hold public liability cover of at least £5 million.

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of insurance when requested may result in refusal of access or cancellation.

Where refusal or cancellation results from the Customer’s failure to meet an insurance requirement communicated before the Booking, no refund will be payable.

Insurance does not limit the Customer’s contractual liability.

23. DAMAGE AND CUSTOMER LIABILITY

The Customer is liable for damage, loss or additional cost caused by the Customer or anyone attending under the Booking.

This includes the reasonable cost of:

  • repairs and replacement;

  • specialist labour and contractors;

  • delivery and collection;

  • cleaning and waste removal;

  • repainting and restoration;

  • loss of use;

  • reasonable loss of hire; and

  • administration and management required to deal with the incident.

The Heath² may issue additional invoices after the Booking once the extent and cost of the damage have been established.

Payment of the original invoice or damage deposit does not prevent further Charges being raised.

Photographs, CCTV, staff records, inspection reports, supplier invoices and quotations may be used to establish the condition of the Studio or Equipment and the resulting costs.

24. INDEMNITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer will indemnify The Heath² against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:

  • the Customer’s breach of these Terms;

  • negligence or misconduct by the Customer or its attendees;

  • injury or property damage caused by the production;

  • infringement of copyright, privacy, image, performance or other third-party rights;

  • failure to obtain necessary releases, licences, permits or consents;

  • unlawful production activity or content; or

  • claims brought by the Customer’s employees, contractors, models, performers, suppliers or guests,

except to the extent directly caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of The Heath².

25. LIMITATION OF STUDIO LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, The Heath² is not liable for:

  • loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill;

  • production delays, cancellation costs or reshoots;

  • loss or corruption of data;

  • indirect or consequential loss;

  • failure or delay by third-party suppliers;

  • interruption of electricity, internet, water, heating or building services;

  • external noise or environmental conditions;

  • loss or theft of unattended property;

  • building access restrictions;

  • parking disruption;

  • weather; or

  • circumstances outside the reasonable control of The Heath².

The Customer is responsible for testing any critical Equipment, internet connection, power supply, workflow, set requirement or sound condition before relying upon it.

Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, the total aggregate liability of The Heath² arising from a Booking will not exceed the Studio hire Charges paid for that Booking.

26. REFUSAL OF ACCESS AND TERMINATION

The Heath² may refuse access, suspend Services or terminate the Booking immediately if:

  • payment has not been received when required;

  • the Customer breaches these Terms;

  • information supplied by the Customer is materially incomplete or inaccurate;

  • the actual use differs materially from the agreed use;

  • the agreed capacity is exceeded;

  • required insurance or documentation has not been provided;

  • any activity presents a safety, security, legal or property risk;

  • Studio staff or other individuals are subjected to abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour;

  • the Studio or Equipment is being damaged or misused; or

  • reasonable instructions from Studio staff are ignored.

Where access is refused or the Booking is terminated because of the Customer’s act, omission or breach:

  • no refund will be payable;

  • all agreed Charges remain due;

  • additional losses, damage and costs may be recovered; and

  • the Customer and all attendees must leave immediately when instructed.

Termination does not affect any right or liability that arose before termination.

27. CANCELLATION BY THE HEATH² AND FORCE MAJEURE

The Heath² may cancel, interrupt or relocate a Booking where the Studio cannot reasonably be provided because of:

  • fire, flood or severe weather;

  • epidemic or public-health restriction;

  • utility or building failure;

  • emergency repairs;

  • building closure;

  • transport disruption;

  • industrial action;

  • civil disturbance;

  • government action;

  • landlord or building-management restrictions; or

  • another circumstance beyond the reasonable control of The Heath².

Where reasonably possible, The Heath² may offer:

  • an alternative date;

  • alternative Studio space;

  • a credit; or

  • a refund for the part of the Services that cannot be supplied.

The Heath² is not responsible for the Customer’s associated crew, talent, travel, accommodation, Equipment hire, production, reshoot or other third-party costs.

Where The Heath² cancels a Booking for reasons within its reasonable control and not caused by the Customer, its liability will normally be limited to refunding the Charges paid for the Services that cannot be provided.

28. CCTV AND PRIVACY

CCTV operates in and around the Studio for safety, security, crime prevention and incident investigation.

CCTV cameras, alarms and security systems must not be covered, moved, disconnected or tampered with.

Personal information is processed in accordance with The Heath²’s Privacy Policy.

CCTV footage may be disclosed where lawful and reasonably necessary, including to law-enforcement authorities, insurers, legal advisers and affected parties.

29. GENERAL

29.1 Entire agreement

The contract documents identified in section 2 constitute the entire agreement concerning the Booking.

The Customer confirms that it has not relied on any statement or representation not included in those documents.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

29.2 Variations

A variation is valid only where agreed in writing by an authorised representative of The Heath².

29.3 No waiver

A failure or delay in enforcing any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

29.4 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

29.5 Assignment

The Customer may not assign or transfer the Booking or contract without prior written consent.

The Heath² may use employees, contractors and suppliers to provide the Services.

29.6 Third-party rights

No person other than the Customer and The Heath² has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

29.7 Updates

The Heath² may update these Terms from time to time.

A confirmed Booking is governed by the version accepted when the Studio Booking Form was submitted, unless a later variation is agreed in writing.

29.8 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and every Booking are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
